Many of us believe that only professional or competitive athletes can suffer the life-threatening consequences of dehydration, but the truth is that anyone is at risk for becoming mildly, moderately, or severely dehydrated. However, don’t fret or cancel your next workout!  Dehydration is 100% preventable if the correct precautions are taken.

Meet the “Ball Thugs” a local flag football team from the Washington D.C. metropolitan area participating in the Mid East Sports 2012 Spring Flag Football league.  The Ball Thugs are probably one of the most organized and well talented team you will see in flag football competition in the metro area.  A diverse and skilled team; they exemplified the spirit of “National Athletics”; good sportsmanship in healthy competition.  Their outstanding performance in the championship series was worth mentioning and National Athletics looks forward to following this team during the summer league.  Well done "Ball Thugs"
